Perfect for using on bank poles / ditty poles this is my preferred way of using them as you can place them wherever you want tie them on a 8ft pole and hammer into bank hanging over about 2-3 feet of water near downed trees or some kind of structure with live bait on the hook about 6 inches to a foot in the water on the rivers absolutely tears them up targeting flatheads and getting a good share of channels always a full cooler at the end of the night
